You can send an order for products to firstname.lastname@example.org by completing the online shopping page. All prices are quoted in £UK pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT providing delivery is within mainland UK. Only major debit and credit cards (except Amex) are accepted as payment. All prices are quoted in GBP£ and Euro € and are inclusive of VAT providing delivery within the European Union. Please note the Euro price showing is approximate and may fluctuate slightly depending on daily exchange rates, this is unfortunately out of our hands.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail.
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 7 working days from receipt of your order. For international orders please allow up to 14 days from placing your order. If your goods do not arrive in this time, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
4. SECURE PAYMENT
We have teamed up with World Pay and Paypal who provides a secure site for all our online transactions. We accept all major debit and credit cards except Amex. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends seven days after the receipt of your goods. If you wish to return your goods you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount within 30 days. Any products returned must be received by us in the same unused condition and packaging as we delivered them to you. The pillows must be intact in their plastic cover and not opened. The postage cost of returning the goods to us is paid by the buyer. If we have already dispatched the goods ordered by you, in this circumstance you have to return the goods to us at your own expense. Please advise us of your returns by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to include a note of your order reference number, name and telephone number. For international returns, exchange rates may have fluctuated since the day of your purchase. We will always refund you in GBP £, however the actual sum refunded in your local currency may be slightly more or less to that of the purchase depending on the currency exchange rates at the time of purchase and refund. This is unfortunately out of our hands as exchange rates are set by the banks on a daily basis.
All our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for up to 3 months for faulty product. Please return the faulty product to us and a replacement will be offered. If we are unable to replace your order, we will refund your money providing the instructions governing the use of the product have been followed and there has been no misuse. Any items returned for refund must include all packaging.

Your details are only ever used for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Information can be printed for use as reference for the individual browser only and should not be sold on, republished, reproduced or distributed in any other way.
UK/ English laws apply to all our Lilla Kuddis products and to the purchase of them.
